Body:

Apply the oil to the entire body, working it in using circular movements, focusing on the driest areas.

Hair:

Apply the oil as often as necessary to the lengths and ends of the hair;
For a more effective action, apply oil as a mask to the entire scalp and lengths. Leave on for about 30 minutes then rinse thoroughly and shampoo as usual.

Before applying, pour a few drops of oil into the palm of your hand then heat it by rubbing your palms.
