ONLINE ORDERS
How can I check the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order by clicking the TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT button located in your order confirmation email.
Which courier services deliver the packages?
Delivery within Serbia
The items you ordered will be delivered as quickly as possible through the following courier services:
- D-Express courier service;
- Post Express (official courier service of the Serbian Post);
- AKS courier service.
International delivery
Orders with delivery addresses outside Serbia are shipped via Serbian Post using either the Post Export service (to all countries worldwide where the Post delivers) or the Post Pack service (to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro).
How can I report product damage?
After receiving your package, any damage must be reported within 24 hours. Please send at least two photos of the damaged products, along with your customer information, to [email protected]
Can I return a product that doesn’t suit me?
The customer has the right to return an undamaged product, i.e. to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without providing a reason.
In this case, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Otherwise, the package will be refused.
Which payment methods does Alexandar Cosmetics support?
Serbian orders
Payment can be made via one of these four methods:
- Online payment with payment cards (safety of your transactions is guaranteed by Banca Intesa and ALLSECURE)
- Account payment, payment made via m-banking or e-banking application on your mobile phone or computer.
- Cash on delivery upon receiving the parcel from courier service
- By invoice through the company account (for legal entities)
Option Send as a gift is possible with payment by online payment cards or e-banking.
International orders
Payment can be made via one of these three methods:
- Online payment with payment cards (safety of your transactions is guaranteed by Banca Intesa and ALLSECURE). Complete amount of the order is paid directly via payment card
- Invoice - complete amount of the order is paid to our banking account. Upon completing the order, we will send the invoice and necessary payment instructions via e-mail. After the payment is registered on our bank account, we will ship the parcel
- Cash on delivery, upon receiving the package from the courier service. Complete amount of the order (order + delivery cost) is paid in local currency directly to courier service, upon receiving the package. This option is valid solely for Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina
Can I personally pick up my online order?
In addition to courier delivery, there is also the option of free pickup at our wholesale store in Novi Sad (Cara Dušana 69). If you select this delivery option when placing your order, your package will be ready for pickup the next business day, and you will receive an SMS notification. Packages can be picked up on business days from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., no later than within 5 business days.

Where can I buy Alexandar Cosmetics products?
You can purchase Alexandar Cosmetics products at our stores in Novi Sad: retail store (Miše Dimitrijevića 1) and wholesale store (Cara Dušana 69), as well as in distribution centers throughout Serbia and the region.
What are distribution centers?
Distribution centers are separate business units that sell products from the Alexandar Cosmetics assortment.
Are the prices the same at all points of sale?
Yes, prices are the same at all retail locations. Variations may occur for products on promotion.
Is my product available for purchase?
For information about product availability, please contact the store where you wish to make your purchase.
PROMOTIONS
Where is the promotion valid and how long does it last?
The promotion is valid for online orders, as well as in our retail and wholesale stores. For information about promotions in your city, please contact the nearest distribution center.
Can I buy products at promotional prices in the distribution center?
Distribution centers are not required to follow the promotions available on the Alexandar Cosmetics website. For information about promotions, please contact the nearest distribution center.
Can I combine multiple discounts?
No, discounts cannot be combined, except when you have a birthday PROMO CODE. In that case, the promotional price will also be reduced by the value of the PROMO CODE discount.
HOW TO ORDER
Online order
There are three simple ways to successfully place an order and shop online on our website:
1. Login and Registration
To shop online this way, you need to be a registered user and log in to your account. If you haven’t registered yet, you can do so by clicking on Sign in and then Register.
Advantages: faster ordering (your information is already saved in the system and does not need to be re-entered each time), saving previously selected products in the cart, and special benefits for registered users such as a wishlist.
2. Continue as Guest (for users who do not wish to register)
You don’t need to be a registered user to order products from our site. If you don’t want to register or track your order history, simply choose this option.
3. Quick Login (using Facebook or Gmail account)
For quick ordering, you can log in with your Facebook or Gmail account, without registering.
Advantage: fast and simple (no need to re-enter details each time), while still allowing you to track your order history.
Regardless of which option you choose, the ordering process (step-by-step online shopping instructions) differs only in steps 7 and partly 8.
ONLINE SHOPPING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select the desired product, choose the quantity, and click ADD TO CART. You can search for products via the navigation menu or by name/code. Depending on the product, quantity limits may apply (6–24 pcs). For larger quantities, please contact our Call Center or email us at [email protected].
2. You can add an unlimited number of different items to your cart. Once you add your first product, an active order is created and remains open until you complete the purchase.
3. You may pause the ordering process at any time, and your active order will remain open.
4. Products in your cart are reserved for 3 hours. If you don’t complete the order within that time, some items may become unavailable or available in smaller quantities.
5. If you have a PROMO CODE, you can enter it manually or automatically in the designated field below the total order amount. Each promo code is valid for a limited time and can be used for one purchase only. The code can be entered at any time before clicking COMPLETE ORDER.
6. After selecting all products, click ORDER in your active cart.
7. Login options:
Registered users: Enter your email and password, then click Sign in.
Guest users: Choose Continue as Guest.
Quick login: Select Quick Login and log in via Facebook or Gmail.
8. Enter or verify your delivery details: name, surname, address, phone number, and email. You can also choose the Send as Gift option. Please double-check all details before completing your order.
9. Choose the Delivery Method:
Courier service delivery (delivery cost shown at checkout)
Pick up at our wholesale store (Novi Sad) – packages are ready by the next business day. You will receive an SMS notification once your package is ready. Pickup is available on business days from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., within 5 working days.
10. Select the Payment Method:
Cash on delivery
Online card payment
Bank transfer
Invoice (for legal entities)
11. To complete your order, click COMPLETE ORDER. You will then see the total amount, including delivery costs. Please confirm acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
12. Your order will be automatically sent to our sales department and prepared for shipping or pickup. You will receive an email confirmation with details. You can track your order by clicking the TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT button in the confirmation email.
NOTE:
For registered users who have placed orders before, the system automatically saves their previously entered information.
Phone order
You can place your order via phone number:

It is necessary that you know the exact code or name of the article, as well as the quantity you desire to order. Also, you should leave your complete data (name, last name, address and phone number), for your order to be adequately executed.
SERVICE
Which products can I send in for servicing?
You can send all electrical devices from the Alexandar Cosmetics product range for servicing.
How long is the warranty valid for devices purchased at Alexandar Cosmetics?
The warranty for purchased devices is 12 months for professional use and 24 months for individual customers.
How much does the repair/service cost?
If the warranty is still valid, the service is free of charge.
For devices whose warranty has expired, the minimum service cost is 850.00 RSD. Costs may be higher depending on the materials used.
Do you provide servicing for devices that were not purchased at Alexandar Cosmetics?
No, servicing is provided exclusively for devices from the Alexandar Cosmetics product range. Repairs are carried out using only original parts.
CLAIMS
What is a product claim?
A product claim is submitted when the purchased item is defective or does not match the description and expected quality. In such cases, the customer may request a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Who should I contact to file a claim?
A claim can be submitted only at the store where the purchase was made.
Can I submit a claim online?
Yes, you can submit a claim online, but only for products purchased through our website.
The procedure is as follows:
- Prepare basic information (name, surname, phone number, order number);
- Describe the issue with the product;
- Attach photos (at least 2 images clearly showing the damage or defect);
- Send everything to [email protected]
How can I check the status of my claim?
The seller is obliged to respond to the customer’s claim without delay, and no later than within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt of the claim, by email or SMS.
