White clay, also known as kaolin, is a natural mineral powder obtained from the earth. It is one of the mildest types of clay and is often used in skincare for its soothing and purifying properties.
White clay can be found as an active ingredient in face masks, exfoliating products and soaps, as well as in shampoos, toothpastes, and deodorants. It helps absorb excess oil, cleanse pores, and calm irritation without drying out the skin. It is suitable even for sensitive and dry skin, unlike other (stronger) clays that can be more aggressive.
