Shea Butter

Shea butter is an integral part of many skin and hair care preparations. This completely natural ingredient is rich in vitamins A, E, and F, as well as oleic, stearic, and linoleic acid, which is why it has the ability to deeply hydrate and renew skin cells. Although it is used as an additive or main ingredient in cosmetic products, the most valuable is unrefined (raw), 100% natural shea butter, which can be used alone or in combination with other skin and hair care ingredients.

The process of producing shea butter is part of the tradition of Western African countries, where it originates. This precious cosmetic ingredient, with an intense smell, is created by manual processing of the fruits of the karite plant. The largest producers of shea butter are Senegal and Ghana.
