Thoroughly cleanse the skin;
Pull the mask out of the package and apply to the entire face from the center to the edges of the face;
Relax approx 20 minutes;
Remove the mask and gently massage in the serum left on the skin;
If necessary, treat the skin with a cream or emulsion;
The mask is for single use and does not wash off;
Use the mask 3-4 times a week;
For a cooling effect - put the mask closed in the package just before use in the freezer for a few minutes;
