Warm the paraffin up in a heater;
Smoothly immerge hand (foot) to wrist (ankle) in melted paraffin;
Slowly take out hand (foot) for 10 seconds, until paraffin solidifies on the skin;
Repeat procedure 3-5 times;
Put plastic bags and mitts (socks) on and leave it on skin for 15-20 minutes;
Take off mitts (socks) and plastic bags togethre with paraffin;
Paraffin is being removed from wrist (ankle) to fingers (toes) directions;
Put on moisturizing cream and make massage.
