Warm the paraffin up in a heater;
Smoothly immerge hand (foot) to wrist (ankle) in melted paraffin;
Slowly take out hand (foot) for 10 seconds, until paraffin solidfies on the skin;
Repeat the procedure 3-5 times;
Put plastic bags and mitts (socks) and plastic bags together with paraffin;
Remove the paraffin from wrist (ankle) to fingers (toes) direction;
Put on moisturizing cream and make massage.
