Keratin tips, for hair extensions. Strand of hair, with keratin tips sticking it in the root, is attached to the natural hair strand of a
similar width, not closer than 1 cm from the scalp. It is attached using hair extension device, at the temperature from 180 °C to 200 °C. At the connection spot of natural hair and extensions keratin tip is melted, which results in a strong link.
This is the strand by strand extension process. After hair extensions attached in this way, client should avoid wetting the hair for 48 h, for the keratin to completely dry and form a strong link with attached hair strand.
