Wet the nose area, the strip will not adhere to dry skin;
Dry hands and peel the strip off the plastic liner;
Apply the strip to moistened nose area with smooth side down, pressing down to ensure a good contact with skin;
Leave the strip to dry for about 10-15 minutes;
When the strip begins to feel stiff it can be removed;
Slowly peel off the strip starting at the edges and pulling towards the centre;
If the strip adheres too strongly to your skin, or is painful to remove, thoroughly wet the strip and carefully peel off.
