Connect the device to the appropriate electrical network;
Press the switch to activate the device (light and rotation). One switch
activates/deactivates the rotation and the other the light;
When the device is turned off, it is necessary to first deactivate the more functional lights and rotations by pressing the appropriate switches, and then disconnect the device from the electrical network.

Note: In conditions of low outdoor temperature, there is a possibility that the lighting intensity at the beginning will be weaker than in normal conditions. With further work, the neon lamp heats up, which leads to the normalization of the light intensity.
